EtherShield Filters Your Entire Network

EtherShield functions as a bridge from your network to the Internet, protecting your entire network by requiring all traffic to cross EtherShield’s internet filter bridge to gain access to the web. We recommend placing EtherShield between your Internet router and the rest of your network. With this configuration, only Internet-bound traffic is filtered. There are other options available (see below) that allow EtherShield to filter only a specific segment of your network.
