After installing an update, I cannot connect to the internet
If you recently updated SafeEyes using the Automatic Update tool, you may experience trouble logging back into the program and surfing the internet. If you are experiencing this, please uninstall and reinstall SafeEyes to resolve the issue. Please be advised that we are experiencing very high call volume which may result in an extended wait time before speaking with a support engineer.
